Say Never Farm hosted it's Fall open house on
Sunday, November 11, 2005.

| Kate discussed
how the Never Say Never Farm staff handles the young horses
on the farm. She also discussed some of the unique characteristics
of Thoroughbred foals. |

Kate
then brought out West of Georgia, a yearling filly by
Western Maryland. Kate demonstrated how they teach yearling
Thoroughbreds, and how they are expected to respond.
John
brought out Canadian Waterway, a coming 2 year old who
has experience in the show ring. John and Kate demonstrated
how to get a young Thoroughbred ready for the show ring.

John and Kate brought out Dillon's Ms
Kitty, a coming 3 year old. John rode "Kitty"
while Kate discussed how they teach a 3 year old Thoroughbred
to understand commands from a rider's hands and legs.

Canadian Kid was shown on the line by
John. Kate discussed how "Kid" consistently
passes his quiet disposition and correct conformation
to his foals. She discussed the advantages of breeding
to "Kid", including the chance of getting
a dilute-colored foal.

Western Maryland was also shown on the
line by John. "William" also has been learning
how to jump over small jumps. Kate discussed how "William"
passed his flashy athleticism to his foal, West of Georgia.
She discussed the advantages of breeding to "William",
including the chance of getting a racing prospect.

Smooth Move was ridden by John. "Smooth"
has an incredible presence that is not possible to capture
on film. Kate discussed how "Smooth" consistently
passes his size and quiet disposition to his foals.
She discussed the advantages of breeding to "Smooth",
including the chance of getting a hunter/jumper prospect.
