Never Say Never Farm is owned and operated by people that have a true passion for horses. Of course we have dreams that our foals will be successful racehorses, show ring champions or breeding prospects, but we also have a very basic love for the kind and giving nature of the horse. Above everything else, the care and quality of all our horses comes first, as you will see emphasized throughout our website.

has over 40 years of experience in the horse industry:
training, showing and breeding horses. She has a true
love of horses and it is evident in every aspect of
the farm.

Veterinarians – Reproduction Specialists
We provide
24/7 on call/on site veterinary coverage by utilizing 2
veterinarian clinics. These clinics, that both
specialize in equine reproduction, offer cooperative
support thus promoting the health of all our mares and
foals.
- Dr. Margie Carter brings years of veterinarian and
breeding experience to assist us with all areas of
our breeding operation. She has an easy going
way with the horses that makes all aspects of the
process calm and safe.
- Dr. Mike Harry not only brings with him a wealth of knowledge, he has a quiet manner that makes working with the most difficult mares look easy
Thanks to their personal
commitment and willingness to work cooperatively, our
conception rates are extremely high and most mares
conceive within the first two cycles.

Sloan
Hamlin, Farrier
- Sloan
provides us with experienced, consistent foot care.
He keeps all our young horses straight, our performance horses balanced and
sound, and our old horses
comfortable. His patience pays off in many way, but mostly in the confidence he builds in the foals and weanlings.

Location
Never Say Never Farm is located 26 miles north of
Huntsville, AL near the town of Elkmont.
The farm is centrally
located between Nashville, TN and Birmingham, AL and between
Memphis, TN and Atlanta, GA. This southern region has short,
mild winters that promote earlier breeding opportunities
thus a longer equine fertility season. We are 6 miles south
of the Tennessee/Alabama state line, 3 miles east of I-65.

Directions from Huntsville:

Take SR-53 (Jordan Lane) north for approximately 16
miles from Sparkman Drive. Turn left on Ready
Section Rd/Bethel Rd. Go straight through 2 Stop
signs. Cross small creek and turn left on next
gravel drive

Directions from Nashville:
-
Take I-65 south for approximately 85 miles. Cross
into Alabama. Take the Elkmont Exit. Turn left and
cross back over the interstate. Cross the railroad
tracks. Take the next left onto Mooresville Road
(convenience store on right) Turn right onto Bethel
Rd, go approximately ¾ of a mile and turn right onto
the first gravel drive on the right after the light
blue house on the right.
